I would give Kimberly a 5-star rating except for a few things concerning safety. The floors in the house were very soft (spongy as if water soaked). There were several spots that it felt like we could put our feet through the floors. Also, the bathroom light flickered especially when we were in the shower. This was definitely a safety thing. I did send Kimberly a message & she messaged right back but those were things that weren't an immediate fix. How the house looked & how Kimberly responded, We would stay in a bnb of Kimberly's again.

The stay was perfect. Location was quiet and calm. The home smelled freshly clean which was refreshing. The beds were extremely comfortable. Although it was a little farther than expected from PCB, our stay was fun and relaxing. Would definitely book again.

Everything that we needed. Very clean. Only complaints were the bathroom lights flickering every time we ran the water, and the floors were uneven. But it was exactly as advertised. Will stay again as it’s very close to Tyndall AFB where we visit our grandchildren, daughter and son in law who live on base.

Kimberly’s house was amazing! Looked just like the pictures. She has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved that she had all the beach equipment to use which we didn’t have to pack from home. Overall, we had a great stay! Kimberly was a great host— very responsive and friendly. We look forward to visiting Florida again!

Kimberly was a great host! We had very few downsides to the stay. I will say some things need some TLC but for the price it was great! The major location issue was being close to the paper mill and the odd smell outside that came with it. But that is just that area of Callaway. Overall a great price and chill area.

We had a great time it was a great spot just to be able to hang out with friends and relax before football season started Back. And thank you Mrs. Kimberly for letting us rent your home it’s a very cozy home.

We came to Panama City for Gulf Coast jam we loved your place. It fit our needs. would definitely visit again.

There were 4 of us and we had a great stay. Beds are cozy. Recently renovated so everything is painted and fresh. 1 block to an inlet with water where you can fish. You do need to drive to main areas for restaurants and water front parks but it's a short distance. Residential area that has been previously damaged from hurricane Michael, so rebuilding is everywhere. Area is an older vintage style neighborhood. Tyndall AFB is under 10 minutes drive away. Walmart is roughly the same drive. Since it was June when we stayed and very hot outside; the AC inside was great! We had two 80 year old Dad's with us and they had no problem with the few steps going up the deck to the main door. Tip: If you like to cook bring the aluminum pans from the dollar store to use for easy clean up.

I had to stay for an extended period of time for school and Kimberly was amazing! She checked in on me periodically through the month, always giving recommendations on places to eat and fun things to do. Her home was wonderful and honestly made me feel so comfortable! When I visit the area again, I will definitely check the availability of this place again!

30 min drive to the Panama City beaches. St. Andrew State park was great for snorkeling. There are lots of beautiful beaches in North and South. We enjoyed the stay.

Was a great stay, looks just like the photos! Kimberly was perfect! Only downside it’s a little far from the beach and main city but we just drive up and spent the entire day there then came back and crashed!

This unit is about a 15-20 minute drive to the nearest public beach. The host clearly identifies this in the advertisement. It is not in the middle of nowhere....there are business and eateries within a 5 to 10 minute drive. The photos do not capture the space (much larger than what it looks), the cleanliness (you don't feel icky) and the host kindness. This place had everything I needed...a clean modern space at an affordable price. The current neighbor seem friendly and invited me over for a brief chat about the favorite tree growing in the middle of the yard. We used and returned some of the equipment in the shed. It was nice not having to pack so much from home to venture to the beach. It was crazy hot outside with the heat index in the hundreds....the house was able to keep us cool without any issues. I will definitely bring my mom with me next time.....she is so funny acting when it comes to lodging......even the pickiest out there will appreciate this spot!i

Loved this place. Quiet little neighborhood with nice neighbors. The house had everything we expected. Beds were comfortable and clean. The TV has just about every app to stream movies and shows. The bathroom shower was great with hot water. It was awesome to be able to make coffee with a coffee pot instead of a Keurig. And last but not least, loved being able to control the air-conditioning. Thank you so much!

Beautiful home, very cozy and clean, just as described in original post. The host was very warm and helpful, responded to all of our questions in a timely manner, very kind, gave us plenty of local recommendations for activities to do in the area. Highly recommend the home for any type of travel plans.

It’s a nice little hosue for a few friends to stay for a week it’s a good drive to the beach but at this price it’s worth it

once we settled in it was real nice, enjoyed both front and back decks. walked the neighborhood daily and going to the beach was a little drive but enjoyed it.

Kim was a great host. We really enjoyed her place. It was well kept. Furniture and place was very comfortable and clean. Location was ok but it was worth it for what I paid.

With fees, the nightly cost was at the reimbursable lodging per diem for federal contractors and similar to a typical local hotel. The value for me was more space and a more personal lodging experience. Thank you
